Quality Control
For vacuum pumps, quality is not determined by appearance alone. Component dimensions, internal clearances, sealing, assembly accuracy, lubrication, and operating conditions directly affect vacuum performance.
Our quality control system covers every critical manufacturing stage--from incoming raw component inspection (IQC) and precision machining (IPQC), to functional assembly, vacuum performance testing, and final outgoing inspection (OQC).
Vacuum Performance Testing
A vacuum pump may look flawlessly built while concealing hidden internal issues--such as micro-leaks, improper rotor clearances, oil circulation blockages, or subtle misalignments. For this reason, rigorous performance testing forms the core of our quality verification.
Depending on the pump type and technical specification, factory testing includes:
Ultimate Pressure / Base Vacuum: Verified with calibrated capacitive/Pirani gauges.
Pumping Speed: Tested in accordance with ISO 21360-1 standard procedures.
Motor Operating Parameters: Current draw, power consumption, and winding temperature rise.
Running Stability: Thermal equilibrium and mechanical smoothness checks.
Vibration Analysis & Noise Level: Measured in dB(A) and FFT vibration spectrum.
Oil System Integrity: Oil circulation, anti-suckback valve sealing, and gas ballast functionality.
Component and Dimensional Inspection
Vacuum pump performance depends heavily on the machining precision and metallurgical condition of individual parts. Incoming components are inspected before release into the assembly line.
